Lake Superior Vizsla Club (“LSVC”) Web Site Usage Agreement
Notice: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They govern your use of the LSVC web site ("Site"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access the Site or any of its pages. The terms and conditions are subject to updating at any time without prior notice. Updating may include superseding terms and conditions or specific notices. You should revisit the Site to review these terms and conditions from time to time to be aware of any changes, all of which take effect when posted to the Site.
Laws and Regulations Access to and use of this Site is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Copyright Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all of the information on this Site, including but not limited to all text, graphics, software applications, video and audio files and photos (collectively, "Content"), and all rights in the pages and the screens displaying the pages are owned by LSVC, its members or their licensors, protected by copyright under United States and foreign laws. You may print and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that your copies retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices that appear on the original screens. You may not modify, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works of or use any aspect of the Site or its Content for commercial or public purposes or for any other purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Trademarks and Service Marks The trademarks, service marks, logos, URLs and domain names ("Marks") appearing on the Site are the property of LSVC and other third parties. Users may not use, copy, download or display any of the Marks without the prior written consent of LSVC or the third party owners of such Marks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LSVC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE LINKED TO THIS SITE, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, OR DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, ANY COMPUTER VIRUS OR ANY LINE FAILURE, EVEN IF THE LSVC IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.

Linked Internet Sites As a convenience to you, LSVC may provide links to third party web sites, including but not limited to sites owned by other vizsla clubs or organizations or by individual LSVC members, or permit third parties to link to the Site. However, LSVC is not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Site. A link to or from another site does not imply an affiliation between LSVC and the third party site owner or an endorsement of the third party site or any products or services that it describes. Your access to and use of any other Internet sites linked to or from this Site is at your own risk and LSVC assumes no obligation or liability in connection therewith. LSVC may cancel any link at any time and will remove any link from this Site at the third party site owner’s request.
Submissions All information submitted to LSVC via this Site or for posting to the Site shall be deemed and remain the property of LSVC unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to posting and LSVC shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides to LSVC through this Site. LSVC shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding such information. LSVC does not want you to provide, and prohibits you from providing any information or materials to LSVC that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporate the proprietary material of another person or entity.
International Users And Choice Of Law This Site is controlled, operated and administered by LSVC from within the state of Wisconsin in the United States of America. LSVC makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other Filenames outside of the United States. This Usage Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement or any portion thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
